Elite player development for boys and girls from 2nd grade through college. 1-on-1 and small-group sessions built around real game situations — so your skills actually show up when it counts.
The focus is simple: help players become more effective when the lights are on. That means teaching details — footwork, pacing, angles, reads, and decision-making — so players aren't just good in workouts, they're better in live play.
Every player is different. We look at your current level, role, and goals, then build a clear plan we attack together over time. No cookie-cutter programs. No wasted reps.
Not rules on a wall. The standard we hold ourselves to every single session — as players, as coaches, as people.
A player development coach with a Division III coaching background, Jeffrey spent time on staff at UW–La Crosse where he helped develop three All-Americans, contributed to the program's highest national ranking in school history, and was part of the first NCAA Tournament win in program history. Those experiences shaped how he teaches — with detail, purpose, and standards built for winning basketball.
Real development is more than running drills. Sessions are built around how the game is actually played — footwork, pacing, angles, reads, and decisions under pressure. The goal is players who build habits that translate, not just look good in a workout. Above all, Jeffrey builds real relationships with his athletes, pushes them with honesty and encouragement, and creates an environment where they feel challenged and confident.
Coach Kenny is in his 6th season on staff at UW–La Crosse, where he has helped build one of the most successful runs in program history. In 2025-26, the Eagles won the WIAC Conference Tournament Championship and advanced to the NCAA Division III Sweet 16. The year prior, they posted a 25-6 record and reached the Elite Eight — the deepest postseason run in school history. Before joining the college staff, he coached Wisconsin Playmakers' 16U and 17U UA Rise teams, finishing top 7 nationally out of 48 teams and helping five players from the 2024 class earn college scholarships.
Since 2020, Kenny has trained multiple all-state performers, scholarship-level players, and professionals through Built to Win in La Crosse. His intensity, attention to detail, and genuine investment in his players make him one of the best trainers in the state. Now open and actively taking high school, college, and professional clients in the La Crosse area.

Coach Jeff & Coach Kenny are not only some of my best friends, but also some of the best coaches and trainers I know. Working with them will not only help your son or daughter become a better basketball player — but they will become better people as well. The relationship we developed during our time at UWL will carry out through life.
Coach Kenny not only pushes us and challenges us to be better on the basketball court but in life as well. We are so grateful to have worked with him throughout our careers and we owe him for a lot of our success along the way. We're Built to Win.
